Dr. Madeline Ann Lewis is The Woman’s Advantage® Chair for Prince George’s County, Maryland. Madeline is President/CEO of the Executive Women’s Success Institute and is a Business Consultant, Career Strategist, Coach, Author, Speaker and Adjunct Professor. She is a passionate believer guiding women to achieve their very best, to reach their true potential and to move forward on the path to success.

Madeline’s years of experience in business, the military and government have provided a means to move women from an employee to executive, from executive to the C-Suite and from the C-Suite to business owner.

She served three years on the Board of Directors for the Justice Federal Credit Union is currently a Board Advisor, Elite Leadership Training Center, Lanham, MD.
