Cassie Parsons is the executive chef-owner of The Harvest Moon Grille, and co-owner of Grateful Growers Farm. She has a long history of putting amazing food on tables all over the east coast. Cassie is well known in her community and among her peers for culinary achievement and for cultivating a thriving local food scene. She has enjoyed significant media coverage locally and globally. Along with Natalie Veres, Cassie is the co-owner of Grateful Growers Farm.
