After a career with Fallon McElligott supporting Fortune 100 leaders, Cathy Paper had a vision for how she could make workplaces great. So, she ventured to graduate school to study Organizational Development and create Leadership Coaching Programs. 

Cathy is most known for supporting Harvey Mackay, #1 New York Times bestselling author of Swim With The Sharks Without Being Eaten Alive, to assist him in spreading his message and monetizing his expertise. 

Cathy’s clients are overwhelmed by all the tasks of networking and marketing themselves and struggle to see their expertise in a way that has value to the market. As a result, Cathy has developed a formula to take them to stronger relationships and increase exposure and business results.

Over the course of building and running RockPaperStar Inc, Cathy has consistently struggled with focus and follow-through.
