Having spent more than 16 years in the financial services industry, Coulter Roberson experienced many traumatic life transitions both with her clients and in her own personal life. As a result of these experiences, Coulter decided to make the change from financial advisor to coaching women who were undergoing similar life experiences. Then she took another leap of faith as a certified John Maxwell teacher, speaker, and coach to teach leadership skills to women in her community. Her passion shines through every time she speaks to audiences, mastermind groups, and one-on-one with her coaching clients.
Coulter has found that many clients transitioning through a tough time need to make financial decisions that they’re often not equipped to make. She incorporates her vast knowledge of all things financial with her coaching skills to help them move forward by making financial decisions based on education rather than emotion.
While working as a financial advisor, Coulter joined The Woman’s Advantage® Forum to develop her dream coaching business. It didn’t take her long to make the leap out of the financial services industry into coaching and speaking. If it hadn’t been for The Woman’s Advantage® Forum and the amazing, strong women in her group, she believes she wouldn’t have had the courage to do it so quickly.
