After a successful career supporting C-Level executives in England, Japan and Bermuda, Gaynor Fries moved to North Carolina and went out on a limb. Her vision was to provide high-level, remote, administrative support for small businesses and entrepreneurs. She started this journey as “Your Triangle VA.”  With the expansion of her client base and excellent reputation, and with encouragement and ideas learned from The Woman’s Advantage® Forum, Gaynor transformed her business from a one-person company into Argosy Business Solutions where she now has a team that allows her to serve a greater number of clients with faster turnaround times—all while maintaining her standards of excellence.

Shortly into her first year in The Woman’s Advantage®, Gaynor established Lex Transcription Services in response to a growing need for high-quality, affordable transcription services. This new offering has allowed her to expand her market by serving a wider variety of professionals, utilizing US-based workers, and maintaining those same standards that have become the hallmark of her service.
