Taking a leap of faith, Ingrid Jones left her corporate job of 15 years to launch Impact Meetings and Events. She began as a meeting planner focused on professional development and corporate special events, and while she enjoyed implementing clients’ programs, she dreamed of creating her own.
The Woman’s Advantage® Forum provided Ingrid with the knowledge and guidance to refocus and rebrand her company, allowing her to achieve that dream of creating her own programs. As a result, she’s launched a professional development group for women of color in leadership roles.
