At the age of 27, she experienced pain so chronic and debilitating that she had to stop working, and was told she’d be on painkillers for the rest of her life. Refusing to believe that, she looked for alternative ways to heal, which led her to acupuncture.

Because acupuncture helped Julie regain her life, she set about becoming an expert in acupuncture and health and wellness so that she could help other women. After years of training and working with patients she decided to go out on her own. Combining her expertise in acupuncture, coaching, and nutrition she started Exponential Wellness to help women thrive by taking control of their health.
