During Michelle’s first year of The Woman’s Advantage® Forum, she reviewed some of the fundamental business strategies her agency had been using for years. Some things like the Mission Statement didn’t change at all but instead solidified how the staff was living it. Other elements—like the agency’s vision—Michelle learned not only are, but should be, constantly changing.
