1. Don't overdo anything. Eating, drinking, shopping, decorating…anything!
2. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
3. Sit in silence each day. Make a mental list of what you’re grateful for.
4. Get to bed early enough that you’ll get at least seven hours of sleep each night.
5. Spend time playing with others rather than shopping for them.
