If you eat healthy, work out and get enough sleep, you’ll be ready to take on the world.
3. Eliminate negative people from your life.
If you consistently feel drained after talking with a specific peer, employee, customer or family member, then you can bet that person is not increasing your confidence. Identify these people and spend as little time as possible with them.
4. Pay attention to your body language.
The way you dress, carry yourself and speak is a reflection of your confidence. Go out of your way to dress professionally and stand up straight. When in doubt, pause, breathe and SMILE!
