I used to worry about getting older. I was concerned that I’d get wrinkles, that “things” would fall, that my hair would go gray. Well all of those things (and more!) have happened, but I still consider myself young. Why? Because I’ve made the decision to stay young forever.

Five Ways to Stay Young Forever
1. Ignore your age.
It’s only a number.
2. Get rid of weights that drag you down.
Spend time only with people who lift you higher and surround yourself only with things you need or love.
3. Treasure your health.
Build a “health team” of doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturists, personal trainers, etc.
4. Show your love.
James Taylor says it best: “Shower the people you love with love.”
5. Don’t waste time.
Turn off the TV. Read. Visit friends. Really LIVE your life!
