I’ve been using PowerPoint for over twenty years now. It is one of the most useful—and one of the most misused—tools ever created. An effective visual presentation should enhance your session, not overpower it. Here are five ways to ensure that.
The most productive people don’t focus on doing more things, but on doing the right things. In fact, if you’re truly productive, you’ll actually do fewer things but end up with greater results.
Here are five ways that you can enhance your productivity.
You’ve only got so many hours in the day, so it makes sense to invest your sales time with those who can truly buy. If you’re looking for a hot lead, here are five things that should jump out at you.
I’ve got the best Virtual Assistant (VA) in the state of North Carolina, and I’m not going to share her name with you because I don’t want you to steal her! Oh, I could find an intern or someone else cheaper than Gaynor Fries (oops!) but I love the way I can just throw things over the fence to her and take them off my list.

For the past year, I’ve been evolving a local offering into a national program. As we launch this effort nationally, I want to share the steps I used to build it.
First, a bit of background: As a WPO Chapter Chair, I work with women who own multimillion-dollar businesses. A few local women with smaller businesses asked me to start an educational program to help them move to $1MM+ and qualify for WPO. I identified 12 women interested in paying for these monthly group training sessions, and launched The Woman’s Advantage® Forum.
Purely by word of mouth, women in another city learned about it and asked me to start a group in their city… then, women in a third city. Before long I was receiving requests (literally) from Tampa to Tucson to Toledo. So, I decided to launch the program nationally. Here are five key steps I worked through to create this successful national program.
